Delivery

Can I have my order sent to another address as my billing address?

Yes. When checking out, you can enter any delivery address you like in case it is different from your billing address.. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid a delay in delivery.

Do you also deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide. For prices and estimated delivery times see delivery options.

What do I pay for shipping costs?

Deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free of charge for order amounts of € 60,- or more (including VAT). For orders below that amount we charge €6,95 on shipping costs within the Netherlands and

€ 9,95 for deliveries in Germany and Belgium. Delivery outside these countries is free of charge for orders with a minimum amount of € 150,-. For lower amounts we will charge the shipping costs that apply for delivery from the Netherlands to the specific destination . See our delivery options for more information.

Do I have to be available for the delivery of my LLYSS ledlights?

Someone must be present at the indicated delivery address to sign off for delivery. This is standard LLYSS policy to ensure that our products are delivered to the right person and to be able to track the shipment if necessary.

When will my order be sent and delivered?

Orders placed before 15.00 P.M. will leave our warehouse the same day and be delivered the day after within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands, the delivery time varies, depending on the destination, from 2 to 9 days. For a faster delivery you can opt for <………> at extra cost. Orders placed during the weekends and/or national holidays will be dispatched the first following work day. For more information, see our delivery options.

Who delivers my package?

Depending on the destination and the size of your package, your LLYSS ledlights will be delivered by PostNL, GLS or Select Courier (DPD or TNT). For more information, see our delivery options.

My package has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your package hasn’t arrived yet on or after the expected delivery date, please contact us at T +31 (0)413 397714 or info@llyssledlights.com. We will find out the reason for delay, and make sure that your LLYSS ledlights will still find their way to you as soon as possible.
