Returns

I have received my order, but it shows a defect or is damaged. What should I do?

Please send a mail to info@llyssledlights.com with your contact information and a short explanation of the issue. You can also use our contact form on the website. We will contact you within 1 working day to try and solve the problem or arrange for a product exchange/refund if necessary. For more information, also see our return policy.

What if I am not completely satisfied with my order?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee that gives you the opportunity to waive from your purchase without giving a reason. As long as you return the items unused and in the original packaging, we will either refund the full costs less the delivery costs, or exchange them for a better suitable product. Do you also have a LLYSS catalog?

Not at this moment. All available information about our LLYSS products can be found on our website. Soon there will be a downloadable flyer with all LLYSS products and accessories available. This flyer will also be included with your delivery.

Are you a manufacturer or supplier?

We are producer/importer with over 25 years of experience in rechargeable Led candles. We had the first on the European market and have developed this product over the years to a technical masterpiece to meet the needs of our target group.
