What if I am not completely satisfied with my order?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee that give you the opportunity to waive from your purchase without . giving a reason. As long as you return the items unused and in the original packaging, we will either refund the full costs less the delivery costs, or exchange them for a more suitable product. Do you also have a LLYSS catalog?

Not at this moment. All available information about our LLYSS products can be found on our website. Soon there will be a downloadable flyer with all LLYSS products and accessories available. This flyer will also be included with your delivery.

Are you a manufacturer or supplier?

We are a stock-keeping supplier and have been sourcing our LLYSS ledlights from the same factory for more than 20 years. We were the first on the market to introduce the  rechargeable LED tea lights, a long time before this product actually started to take off in popularity a few years ago . With the unfortunate side effect that replica products of poor quality have also found their way to the market. For us, delivering high quality products has always been our first priority, something that our returning customers can confirm.
